FIRE SAFETY TRAINING

Allied Fire Protection is fully accredited to carry out on site fire safety training for all your staff. All aspects of the systems installed in your premises can be covered, from the basic use of fire extinguishing equipment to the users’ responsibility of systems.

If you discover a fire in your premises or even suspect there may be one you should immediately;

• Raise the alarm
• Make sure the fire service (999 / 112) is called
• Evacuate the building following the fire procedures of your workplace

Always

• Stay calm and act immediately
• Leave the building by using the most appropriate route
• Close windows & doors behind you, if you are the last to leave
• Assemble at the designated assembly point and await to be checked off

Never

• Delay your evacuation by collecting personal belongings, finishing a task or wait for others to react
• Use lifts unless it is part of a personal evacuation plan
• Tackle a fire unless you have been trained and it is safe to do so
• Re-enter the building until you are told it is safe
