There are 2 types of central control system available in the range. We would usually locate your disabled refuge system in the building’s control room. There are two types of outstations available (Type A & Type B). Disabled refuge systems generally use Type B intercoms. Type A systems are usually used by stadium marshal and fire telephone systems.

Both types are connected to SigTel’s central control equipment with the use of enhanced fire rated cables. All of our systems are very easy to function and offer true duplex speech. All SigTel’s products meet the safety standards and requirements of BS 5839.
