OUR SERVICES

With our team of Service Engineers located through Ireland, Allied Fire Protection Ltd can provide quarterly, biannual or annual scheduled service visits to your premises.  We operate good communications lines with all our Engineers at all times using a web based reporting system.  This allows our Service Manager to see the whereabouts of any Engineer at any given time, which job they are working on, what their schedule is for the day and most importantly can assign a callout to the nearest Engineer.

When our Engineer completes a call – they complete the worksheet on their mobile phone.  This can be viewed by our Service Manager immediately and these Reports can then be forwarded to the customer by email or by post.

All Reports are stored on a cloud computing system for ease of access if required in the future!
